RETURN POLICY If you aren't satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or a prompt refund of the purchase price (shipping costs are non-refundable). All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of purchase or shipping date. Include a copy of the receipt ( or the original), your name, date of purchase and the reason for the return.Merchandise must be returned in an unused condition with original box and with all toys intact to ensure complete credit.All sales become final after 10 days.

Since we carry a large stock of each item you don't have to worry about toys being out of stock for more than 5-business days. GIFT WRAPPING This is a convenient and easy way of sending gifts. If you select gift-wrapping during checkout, the items in your order will be nicely wrapped. Gift-wrapping is offered at $ 5.00 per item.
